CURRENT PROJECTS: Six affordable apartments at 1435 Dwight Street, Holyoke     Made Possible by HOME DwightIvyInvestment Partnership funding through the City of Holyoke.    Our lending partner is PeoplesBank, 300 Whitney Ave, Holyoke MA.     Six apartment units that have been vacant for years will become modern, energy efficient     affordable housing for Holyoke residents.          Rehabilitation is now underway.                                                                                                                                                                                                        Over 160 homes have been built or rehabilitated by Olde Holyoke Development Corp since the early 1970s. Rehabs include the Historic Hadley Mills Townhouses in the Flats and the Library Park Condominiums in Downtown Holyoke. In many sections of the city center we have replaced blighted, empty lots with attractive newly constructed homes. They are sold to qualified low-to-moderate-income buyers – working families who are committed to their neighborhoods and our community, and contribute to the city real estate tax rolls. Expanding home ownership has been a core part of our work fro the beginning, and continues to this day. Single Family Home at 140 Beech Street soon to be avaiable!   We are an Equal Opportunity Housing Developer, with funding from the City of Holyoke Office of Community Development and the HUD Department of Housing & Urban Development. equalHousing       Equal Housing Lender Logo
